Ingredients(2 Servings)
- Diced ripe mangoes
- Diced Avocado
- Diced onions
- salt
- a mix of oil and vinegar
- a piece of lemon
- parsley
- Place your avocado on a bowl, squeeze some lemon juice (this prevents it from darkening)
- Add mangoes, then onions, sprinkle some black pepper and salt,
- Add chopped parsley
- Mix 3tbs oil and 1tbs vinegar and add to your salad as dressing
- Stir to obtain an even mix.
- Serve and enjoy!
