MANGO AND AVOCADO SALAD

Ingredients(2 Servings)

  • Diced ripe mangoes
  • Diced Avocado
  • Diced onions
  • salt
  • a mix of oil and vinegar
  • a piece of lemon
  • parsley
  • Place your avocado on a bowl, squeeze some lemon juice (this prevents it from darkening)
  • Add mangoes, then onions, sprinkle some black pepper and salt,
  • Add chopped parsley

  • Mix 3tbs oil and 1tbs vinegar and add to your salad as dressing
  • Stir to obtain an even mix.
